The workouts are never the same, which keeps things interesting and fun, and the community here is filled with incredible people who are always supportive and motivating. I highly recommend Block Box to anyone looking to improve their fitness and enjoy the journey along the way!”
Megan
“What I love most about the Block Box is its inclusivity. With a focus on camaraderie over competition, this gym provides a program with a variety of modifications that ensures everyone walks away having had a great workout. The Block Box prioritizes proper form and technique rather than pushing heavier weights. This gym is supportive of fitness goals and provides the progression and support to achieve them. I recommend the Block Box to anyone looking for accountability, motivation, and support on their fitness journey!”

Owner / Coach
I began my coaching career in 2012 at CrossFit Stumptown in Portland, Oregon. I love helping people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds surprise themselves. One minute they are hesitant about a movement, the next they are conquering it! Over the years, I have figured out when to go lighter and when to go heavier as well as everything in between so each person is supported and pushed in their own way.
